1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • A wrong item was delivered.
  • There is a size mismatch (where applicable).
  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is required as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery.
  • Clearance or sale items unless they are defective or damaged.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via Bank Transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement / Exchange Timeline

Replacement or exchange products will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date the request is approved.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
  • If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge.
